I believe Celtic have their own scouts and scouts that work independently from the club. There will be tried and trusted individuals working independently that they can rely on who also scout for some bigger clubs.

The boy from Chelsea is James Bell-Walker. Mark Cooper is a south American and MLS scout, who was brought in under Rodgers.

Great we might sign these guys but it looks likely we will lose 3 or 4 as well so we are in the same position we were in last season. Actually we could be worse off. Signing players is all well and good but we still need to replace those going as well.
