From reading online again looks like here are our signings coming up.
Aaron Malouda €2m. French Youth Player. Produced by Lille. Could be a shrewd piece of business. Averaging a goal every 2 games from the wing in the Azerbaijani premier league.
Haissem Hassan - £8m - Oviedo Winger. Had a great World Cup. I think his stats show he “under performs” however he created a lot of chances that his team mates could not finish - club level.
Dinko Horkas - goalkeeper - actively pursuing the player with a couple of bids knocked back. Looks like Livakovic may not come to fruition after all.
Mitchell Bakker - Left Back - we have been linked with him for years so not sure if this is just lazy journalism or if there is genuine interest.

Nicolson saying the club is looking at out of contract players / young players because nobody wants to come here or agents wanting to much. not looking good.

Sounds like last seasons excuse only worded differently. Terrified of spending because of PSR even though the bank balance is stacked. This will only get worse until we get rid of the board. We're not asking to blow all the money just invest the money from player sales back into the squad.
Lower the wage bill by punting all the deadwood and wantaways. It isn't rocket science. Looks like yet another window where we regress even further as the signings will be budget, project signings or freebies. Not another penny.

The loans are all away palma, nawrocki and Welsh are gone as has Schmeichel, we badly need players and time is against us.

Strange that because Rangers seem to be making plenty signings. I don’t think it’s that players don’t want to sign for us it’s the wages that are a problem. On top of that I think the club is looking to sell.
We won’t win the league next season.

Ed can you shed some light on Celtics staff roles that are vacant, that are held by interim appointments, and also roles that exist in most of the top European clubs but not at Celtic?
The fear of panic purchasing, poor recruitment and underwhelmed current players is getting greater by the day, our recruitment process seems to be so dated.
{Ed007's Note - For a start we have an interim Chairman and most other clubs have DOF or a Sporting Director. We're miles behind in data analysis & recruitment (scouting etc) and our sports science is probably at it's worst since before Ronny came in.
A lot of clubs employ a Head of Individual Player Development. They oversee personalised improvement plans for every player, improving a winger's crossing or a striker's finishing, helping a CB play out from the back, they set measurable development targets for players.
Many top clubs now have specialists whose only job is to help players improve individual aspects of their game.}
