Fee of 5.5 million being reported but I reckon that is not the real fee, which I believe is much lower. Think qarabag paid 200k for him last season.
If it is the real fee then I think we are overpaying and will. be interested to see if he is suited to Scottish football as he looked light weight. So is a bigger gamble.

I'm stunned that we have actually moved forward with this deal right now.
It wouldn't have surprised me if our incompetent boatd had waited until he played in Qurabags qualifier on Thursday which would have cup tied him for our playoff.
{Ed007's Note - There is no such thing as cup-tied in UEFA tournaments now, as long as the player is registered in time for the match. Duran could have played on Thursday for Qarabag and still been allowed to play for us in the Play-Off Round.}

He did say 3 million with a possible 2 million in add-ons as evidenced in the tweet you posted. He also appears to be able to add 2 numbers as he thinks 2 + 3 = 6. ?.

That is what I mentioned, so was correct at time of writing. If something gets changed later then fair enough.
