Looking ahead, and putting aside the obvious that appointing Maloney as manager would be so typical of our Board.
On a purely football basis, I think he deserves to be in the frame. We all remember he took the lead prior to ET against the Buns. Thoughts guys ?.

Hopefully no chance.
It’s been a fear of mine since Rodgers left that he was being groomed for that role.
Hibs and Wigan emptied him very quickly so that should be a big enough warning.

Maloney said himself he’s not looking to move back into management. He is keen to get back into the development side of things which he excels at.
