What about keeping MON as manager and bringing in John McGlynn as 1st team coach?
I know we already have a number of coaches in place but could this combo work?

MON and McGlynn is fine by me, but what about Sean? Does he fit in?
We know MON has family with grandkids living south. His two spells this season were probably ok but over the whole new season will he miss them? Of course he will. Would it work? No idea.

I laughed when I read that also Ed.
They might find him a role but that job is way above his skillset and in any case will they fill that role.
