Martin stating Engels came into training bright and breezy after deadline day. Absolutely brilliant to hear as a lot of players have thrown the toys out of the pram in the past.
That gives the impression he is a professional ready to play football. I hope we can keep him for as long as possible and get the right players in to play to his skills. First port of call is drop McGregor n give him the CDM role.

He should be buzzing and running around with his chest out, full of bounce someone thinks he's worth over 25m that's got to give you confidence, and he'll know and be assured if he delivers he'll get the big move, win win for all.

McGregor, because he is the captain of the team, it seems he will always be playing, unless injured or suspended, Mc Gregor could be on the bench at times, and let someone else play in his position, Bernardo could be given more playing time, but it remains to be seen if that will happen this season.

We should have more than enough firepower to secure the league this year. However, the main let down of this window is the lack of permanent signings.
We now will be facing a huge rebuild in the summer and knowing how our BoD like to drag out transfer negotiations and lowball teams for their players, we're going to go into next season in an even worse state than we did this year.
There really needs to huge changes in the club's operational approach over the next 3 or 4 months or it could be carnage!

Calum has been poor too often. You don't get a bye on past glories. Or you shouldn't. Passing the ball back, or pointing ain't enough.
He needs to step up and fast. Our midfield is now the weakest part of the team. They have been woeful.

We would know all about it if callum was missing yeah he ain't getting any younger but imo he's starts most games, all they managers can't be wrong, his part in nygren goal almost goes unnoticed, he's probably taken for granted by a large part of our support.

I am glad he is ready to get on with his job at Celtic and hopefully not upset about not getting a move to the pub league. He should also be aware that noise around the forest bid will only encourage more clubs to want to take a closer look at him.
And hopefully from the bigger leagues of Italy and Spain amd not put his hopes on playing in the most over rated league in the world.

Perhaps the reason the midfield looked poor was because we had nothing up top. Every ball played forward ( get there wasn’t many) came straight back. Let’s see what happens now we have a few strikers in.

I don’t think it’s necessarily McGregors fault. He’s played so much football without a proper rest. Bad management if you ask me.
