Looking at the new signings here is what we seem to have brought in.

Joel Mvuka.

Nippy winger that likes to take people on and run at the defence. Assuming Martin gives him the freedom to go and do what he does best we could have a really good player on our hands. Let’s hope his end product is good. If not I’m sure Maloney/ Martin will certainly work on that as the other aspects of his game seem pretty solid.

Junior Adamu.

Looks like a big penalty box type striker. Most of his goals have been following the ball in for a cross or being in the right place at the right time. Certainly something we are missing. It’s unbelievable how many times we watch our players standing about when a cross comes in. No poached mentality.

Brentford Centre Half.

Highly rated. Signed a long term deal. May surprise us although am shocked we aren’t looking for a CCV replacement at this point and allow him to bed in.

Cvancara.

Proof is in the pudding already. Goal and assist in his first 3 games. Really can’t complain at that long may it continue. Physical, fast, eye for goal, gives a different option we've not had for a long time. Got a bit of samaras about him when he runs with the ball ?.

Araujo.

Absolutely solid for us. I’d love to sign him on a permanent however could be tricky if AJ is going to be here long term. I imagine we will see Ralston moved on or Donovan go out on loan.

All in all a decent window if you ask me. See a lot of complaints about not spending money but appreciate that MON has likely told the board it would be best to review the players for the new manager in the summer to accept. The options to buy give us that but that does not mean they are set in stone. The player may refuse a contract offer from Celtic which puts us back at square one.

Its sll sbout how well they settle, there records aren't very good but hopefully MON style of play suits them, as for Engles why didn't we sell him to Forest on the condition that we keep him tO summer or is that to simple for our board or mb they did ask the question and they said no they wanted him now ??‍♂️.

Spot on Ken. We now have no excuses (other than VAR) for not to crack on and win the league. Should be an exciting few months. Hopefully posters can be more positive now.

I am content with the squad we now have because it’s stronger than December’s squad.
Hopefully our new players can start contributing the same as our first 2 January signings.

Celtic have had the most shots at goal in the league and maybe now we have the firepower to start consistently scoring the chances we have been creating.

Looking at the glass being half full, we've added to and hopefully improved the team, on paper at least.

We also haven't sold our most valuable player, Engels, that could prove to be a master stroke going forward.

If our midfield can get quicker ball out to the wings, the final 3rd, then we look like we've got the players in to score goals and win games.

Retaining the league is paramount, and given the omni shoi. te show that this season has been, I'd love for MON to turn back the clock and lift one, possibly two trophies. That is the stuff of dreams.

Lastly, regardless of how the remainder of this season pans out, those in charge at Celtic F.C. have a great deal of work to do both in terms of the footballing side of the club and the relationship they have manipulated and exploited with the life blood of the club, the supporters.

The current majority shareholder and autocrat, DD (Terry Thomas), his son - mini Desmond (person) and the CEO, (beeker) are what stands in the way of our club progressing on multiple fronts.

As long as those three have anything to do with Celtic we will continue to be in an endless cycle of uncertainty, mismanagement and commercial negligence.

Yeah we have cover and options going forward that just didn’t exist first half season, I’d expect an unchanged team against Aberdeen, with new Bhoys replacing Yang, Cvancara at some point, Daizen can stay left, we have a fit again Iheanacho who is undoubtedly a class act when fit, it’s beggars belief the club couldn’t muster 3-4 loans like this for BR to at least give him something.

Is there any news on the Urugauyan lad? O know he's injured but he looked very good. Do we have a buy option on him?

Positivity, KenLike? You're on the wrong site.

Trying my best mate. Don’t get me wrong I’m still seething at the lack of foresight and down right incompetent board we have who for whatever reason don’t want to modernise.

Me too KenLike.
