If i had to guess Joe, MON and or SM has opted against the move. He seems to have been recommended by that numpty tisdale as we were being linked with him while he was still here.
This is possibly why things have been so slow in this window, all of our recommendations for this window were from tisdale and perhaps our management team have rejected all of these recommendations on the basis of them not being Celtic quality.

Well a part of me is hoping what is going on with things moving so slow.

I hear you Derry and there will certainly be truth in that.

However, I have had enough and don't care about their excuses, even if justified. They either deliver or they will pay a heavy price on and off the park.

The manager said "we will need to manage his ankle, he's 2/ 3 weeks away"

Obviously something in ankle injury and our risk averse board. Have not done deal. Time will tell who was correct.

Hopefully Martin will produce one or two decent rabbits out the bag this week. Decent striker although whilst acknowledging our Club's dalliance Window by Window, good strikers don't grown on trees but they're out there. What we'd do for another Gary Hooper.
And someone decent with physicality. That would be my 2 wish fors.

Our board have had over a year to get kyogos replacement. But we are dragging everything out, if the players don't come in wait and see how season tickets sales go along with renewals. The fans won't continue financially supporting Celtic when the board who are getting bonuses every year out of Celtic won't support it by buying players when we really need them.
