Can’t help feeling if mon had done anything other than point blank refute interviewers question that board where reluctant on spending this site would be inundated with comments aboard board, I bet today will still see some, fact is we’ve ripped up the process we had in place and all it’s candidates, we’re having to start from beginning spend decent money and not waste it, people will say it’s all boards fault and they should have been prepared, absolutely ignoring the fact when window opened the board rightly or wrongly had a plan, had a guy identifying players working with a manager / agents but we ripped it all up, something we all agreed with, I hope the fan rhetoric of this board don’t want to spend nonsense stops for time being, there’s no hiding I think we should be looking in a better bracket of player but for me most of those players don’t want to play for us, and lots of them aren’t worth the money being asked, my understanding is sm is a data guy regards coaching (whatever that means ) hopefully that helps with the data that comes in on players, none the less here’s hoping we see movement .
On data has anyone heard the data and analytics tisdale was using is part of a fraud scam, or that his excuse.

Nonsense it's all on the board we have needed about 4 first team ready players for the past year and all we do is sell quality and buy projects to the point where we are left with the worse squad in almost 30years constantly being played of the park by your Motherwell, St mirren and Falkirk more than likely won't be the last.
Also they hired a project manager who should have been shown the door a long time before 8 games straight after cup final to be honest.

Jaa. this is the problem, what is/ was their plan even under Nancy? The angst against the board is because all roads whatever way you look at things lead back to them. There is no functioning recruitment or scouting in place, throw in the Tisdale factor as well. It is a clear clusterfuck and a half.
The boards mismanagement and utter incompetence is why we are were we are at present. For me personally it defies belief we still have these defenders and apologists of a board who have systematically destroyed and embarassed our club and supporters.

The mess we're in lies squarely at the door of the board, it wasn't us that hired nancy it wasn't us that hired tidsdale it wasn't us that penny pinch every window.

2026 and the boards whole transfer policy was Tisdale. No data built up over years. One guy leaves and we are wiped out. Folk are actually saying this is a positive for our board. Laughable the excuses folk use. Do other big Clubs put all there eggs in one basket.

Jaaa, we ripped it up because Dr Dolittles record of identifying players and staff were appalling. He identified WN. Name a quality player he identified.
Whether you like it or not, MN and the board are responsible for both appointments and they are trying to fix their mistake.
They don't get a handshake for taking in MON to sort out the mess they created.
Ed will confirm that I was one of the less critical posters on here about the board until BR took a sulk, the board and DD castigated him and the fans in the press and then after a successful period under MON, kicked him out the door and employed Mr Magorium.
Neither appointments of PT and WN and his team were in the best interests of CFC. No one can argue they were. They we warned about Doolittle by many and the same with WN yet they knew best.
It is clear by what MON has already said, the players names he was givenby the club, have been discarded by him, probably because they were projects or simply not good enough to come straight into the team.
So tell me what were the board, MN, WN and Tisdale actually doing between summer and now.

Spot on Mally and Jim. Beggars belief it really does. Was Mighty Mike at the Falkirk stadium last night, i would guess not as the optics wouldn't look to clever considering he is the transfer negotiator in chief?

I am stunned that MN is still there to be honest.
The man clearly has no pride or shame.
His motto is “ what can I do for Michael Nicholson “.

I think it's clear by MON's interviews that we are looking at a better quality of player. MON knows the last manager didn't bring in the quality we should have!
