Never mind change players, change bloody tactics! This man has no clue am sorry I know he's just in. But come on, can't play this tactic against a poor hearts never mind roma! Players don't have a clue! We don't have the players to play his tactics! Seriously said before ange and Brendan were stubborn in Europe with tactics and selection yet this inexperienced manager can't adapt! Board need gone let's sign an inexperienced manager set in his ways of a 343 when we don't have players to play his tactics what happened to be adaptive my butt! Absolutely horrendous would think we were the away team.

There is no players that can fit into the 3421 it is a truly horrendous formation! I have no idea what modern managers see in this tactic whatsoever. A few managers play it but that's modern football for you. Give me the darts any day!

This is utterly shambolic.
You can tell the players have no believe in what Nancy is trying to.
Forget Nancy, I'd rather Betty from the catering team take charge of the team for the 2nd half.
After what these players have been through this season, no one in their right mind would try and put them through this much change so quickly.
That doesn't excuse performances though as they are some awful ones out there tonight. I'm embarrased.
