Question is will agm be rescheduled, does there need to be 21 days notice for a start,

The vote for the resolutions was put online so I'm guessing it won't reconvene.
I reckon if the vote went ahead yesterday the people at the AGM would have voted against the reappointment of the board but it would have went through because DD has the most votes.
However, with the vote going online thy will avoid that embarrassment and will say it was unanimous for board to be reappointed.

They cannot lie about a vote Joe. It is done online and scrutinised and cannot be fiddled with, a third party deals with it.

I am not saying they would lie about the vote.
Whether or not the vote took place at the AGM or online afterwards, it will have the same outcome. All board members will get voted back on to the board.
The difference is at the AGM I think when they done a show of hands the board would have been voted off. However, because the fans have less shares, Desmond's vote would take precedence and they would get voted back on to the board anyway.
The difference is there would have been a public vote that showed fans in attendance wanted them gone.

Maeda it happened a couple of years ago when there was a vote of No confidence with Celtic Board members in the AGM room but DD was able to overrule the votes in the room.
What Joe is saying finishing the meeting early yesterday saved all those embarrassing show of No confidence with most Celtic Board members.
We will now only see the final result as if everything is rosy in the garden.

I appreciate that Buzz but many interviewed after the meeting were really hacked off with the group of fans who misbehaved, not just the board, so it is hard to gauge how the votes would have gone.
However after RD made THAT statement, I am not sure even the board would have voted for themselves or each other.
We are a mess of our own making.
A mate of mine once said, success brings with it a sense of self entitlement and arrogance. He was a Rangurs fan and said that about his own club.
We are looking like a club and fanbase who believe we are entitled to the best, no matter what the cost, not just financially.
My real fear is if we get rid of all these guys, who or what is coming in behind and will that be better in the long run.
Can you imagine if DD decides he's had enough of the hassle and sells to some American consortium, similar to Sevco lot, who will come in and asset strip and sell off anything of value.
We have to be very careful what we wish for.
No one, not even Joe (sorry Joe) can say we are not a well run club, however with that has to come some degree of improvement and a strategy for longterm success.

I wrote an article at the start of the summer reflecting on Fergus McCann and the Desmond's tenure before concluding that we needed change and this was before crashing out of Europe and the transfer fiasco.
In that article I acknowledged the good that both men had done. I am not saying it is all. bad but they have monumentally messed things up and I don't like the fact that they don't align with our values and are overly conservative and reluctant to modernise our club.

I totally agree there is a reluctance to turn us into a modern football club, as I have said many times however replacing them all may not make things any better, it could get worse. That is the risk we are asking the club shareholders to take.
Depending who comes in, will all the fan base get behind them and behave themselves and not fight with UEFA and anyone who does not align with their views. Because that is an issue also.
That is an issue this club has to deal with as well whether we like it or not.
I.
