Tisdale has done nothing since he came in, how will picking a Manager recommended by him, if that is the case, work and going by the last few windows I am not holding my breath.
I spent a few hours today ( yes I was bored) watching Columbus Crew games this season and my only take from it is that the level of football and players is not that great tbh, which really concerns me how Nancy has become our top choice.

How do we know that Tisdale wasn't identifying some good players but BR was saying no.
Brendan has always been one for wanting big named, established players who would be at the top of our transfer budget.
Everyone is also going on about having a DOF and head coach, well a head coach will have no say in what players are signed.
All the HC will do is say what area needs strengthend and then he will train who the DOF signs, the HC won't even get the final say so on the players coming in.
We all want a DOF and HC and this is what we are getting.
Even Knutsen and Hyen work like this.
