They are all over us just now. We can't get a shot on target. Kenny has to come too deep to get a touch of the ball.

Expecting 3 changes at half time.

That is because he is out his depth and our board did not strengthen.

Ange and Rodgers football has set up back years. Our first thought is to pass it back wherever we are on the pitch whereas lesser teams pass it forward quicker. Random is having a mate. Where is Engels, 11M Rodgers buy omg.

Getting us out the champions league equals setting us back?

It is the board who set us back, as they failed to invest and bring in quality players. They prefer not to spend it and hand it over to the tax man. ?.

{Ed007's Note - No matter how much folk bleat about the CL exit it was 100% on Rodgers and the players.}

I don't agree with that at all ed. The lack of signings can be placed firmly at the boards doorstep.

We went into the most important game of our season with no 1st choice striker, an injured second choice striker and a vastly inferior third choice striker. We also had no 1st choice right winger. In addition the board are the main culprits in all this negativity that has also been detrimental to our performances.

So while I agree that Rodgers and the team were partly to blame, I don't agree Rodgers was 100%.

{Ed007's Note - MON, WGS, Neil Lennon, Ronny Deila and a focused Rodgers would have beat Kairat. It was the tactics and attitude that cost us that tie. Even John Barnes could probably have got us through that tie with the squad we have.
Did you praise the board on Sunday when we beat TRIFC n a domestic cup semi-final, or the insight and analytic data that was used to sign Kenny & Osmand?
If you want to blame the board for what happens on the pitch during games then you also have to give them credit for the successes as well as blaming them for failures.}

By the way ed, I actually was referring to Rodgers getting us out the champions league group stages and was being sarcastic when I said it equals setting us back.

{Ed007's Note - Surely that was the board's "fault" we got into the CL play-offs? So if we succeed it's manager and if we fail it's the board, like a successful signing was picked by the manager but players that aren't immediate superstars are project or Club signings?}

I can't be arsed arguing with you ed. You have your views and I have mine, I will leave it at that.

{Ed007's Note - You have your views, I'll stick to the facts as we know them.}

Don't agree Ed - BR called it early that we needed to strengthen and nothing happened by the recruitment team and Board - we get what we deserve - we sold our main striker in Jan and have yet to replace nearly a year later - shambles.

{Ed007's Note - It was Kairat.
