To blame the board is just nonsense Buzz. How much has BR spent on players since he arrived? Did the board not shatter our transfer record for BR? Did the board not shatter our wage structure for BR? The board has more than provided BR with the tools to be successful in qualiying for the CL. It's BR signings and tactics have cost us. We have went backwards under BR. Sooner he goes the better. Infact the sooner the board sack him the better!

IMO everyone involved with the team last night including the team were to blame But I do blame the board more because we sold our top striker at the winter window and never replaced him we sold our top winger and never replaced him and our other winger is out for the long hall. Brendan has been asking for quality replacements before and during this window for those positions and it's not been addressed.

Not every signing works, ange bought a few duds as well, Al say it again that squad of players was more than capable of winning that tie, it just so happens that there's a right few out of sorts none more so than maeda who should have put us through, or hatate who should have scored, it would have been nice to have had better quality in the forward areas but we were too busy gambling.

The majority of our business should have been done early. We knew for months that we needed. A quality striker and winger to replace kyogo and Kuhn, another to add depth to the team and from there we should've been looking to add strength, pace and power to a squad that looks tired and badly in need of a refresh.
The whole business needs modernised. From the board, to a director of football, to the scouting department and playing squad, the stadium and more.
There are so many names to blame. DD, the board, BR, countless players who are miles off form. Unfortunately it's the fans who are hit where it hurts.
Winning last night would have papered over the cracks, but we should have been winning. It's an embarrassment (in a long list of embarrassments) and one that should create change. I have no faith in that happening though.
I don't know where we go from here. It feels like we reached a ceiling last season and without proper planning, investment and a united effort from top down, not much is going to change.

I know he scored a lot last season, but I prefer Maeda on the wing, the way Ange played him, with Kyogo in the middle, well we don't have Kyogo anymore, and we don't have a decent centre forward, to lead the line and cause consternation in the centre of the opponents defence, that is why I think we should go all out and get Bowie from Hibs, if we can spend 9 million on Idah, we can do the same for Bowie,

Not often I disagree however the only players in last night's starting linehaul that arrived under BR watch were KS, KT, BN which isn’t exactly backing the manager who the board rightly or wrongly approached BR to bring him back to the club.
We would get our money back on trusty and engles combined if we opted to sell.
Idah was way too expensive but debatable where the fault lies here.
I have defended this board through thick and thin however it is undeniable that they sold players for good money and never replaced them when a blind man could see the lack of quality in the final third.
