I don't understand why some TV pundits can't see why the St Johnsons goal was disallowed. ?
A two hand push on the back of Idah is a foul every time or have I got the green tinted goggles on again?

Leeds Celt. It certainly was a clear cut two handed push on the back . Referee must have been ashamed of himself for not giving a free during the live match.

Their way of thinking is it was a worldy so it's a goal?.

I thought it was a bit harsh. 2 hands on his back but not sure how much force made idah go over. I'd be fuming if sane this against us.

Isn’t that part of the game now, physical hand contact is a foul. As far as I’m aware in training players are told to fall to the ground once they feel an opponent hand on their back!

I thought Idah went down too easy and heading straight up the tunnel when your subbed at a full Celtic Park when people who earn much less than you struggling in poverty and have paid to come a see you is bad feckn craic.

{Ed007's Note - Do you mean when Idah was subbed in the draw with Dundee? He went to get a warmer jacket/coat and came back out to sit on the bench.}

St Johnstone absolutely deserved to have the "wonder" goal chalked off as they were at it all afternoon, pushing Celtic players after they'd played the ball. Holt was a disgrace falling to the ground every time he was challenged and physical hand contact is obviously not a guaranteed foul as we saw Forrest given a forearm smash at the disallowed penalty!

All these players that get their shirt pulled back the ways defy physics and fall forward.

Some fans only see what they want to see and what fits their own narrative.

We can’t get to the stage where referees and VAR Official allow goals to stand out of sympathy because a team are getting well beat, commit a foul and bang in a smashing shot .
If a players is trying to win a header, his concentration is on watching ball and what type of header he makes . It doesn’t take a push the strength of a Rangers 2012 centre defender to put him off his header and if he is a Celtic player and doesn’t land on ground ref won’t give the foul .
To me it’s strange nearly every domestic game we see Celtic players pushed on back with no free given . Yet a less obvious push by an opponent on a Celtic player usually results in foul and maybe yellow card.
It seems Celtic fans may have their mind conditioned to what constitutes a foul for Celtic in domestic football and what isn’t and then when posting normally agree with what Scottish refs decide.
