Celtic will fight it out with wolves for Niko Sigur. While also still heavily interested in Gvidas Ginetis. Good to see we are not putting all our eggs in one basket for Engles replacement.

I think any move for Miguel Chaiwa would only be if we fail to get any of our top targets.

We are also keeping tabs on Ermin Mahmic but any move for him would only be sanctioned if we lose Nygren with plenty of teams across Europe interested in his services.

Although he played for blackburn last night the deal for Goalkeeper Balázs Tóth looks like it will go through, with personal terms already agreed. £4 million fee been mentioned.

Landon Emenalo looking Likley to sign. Only thing holding this back is a injury he has with Celtic waiting to see if that clears up before green lighting the move.

Celtic are open to loaning out Tounetki and bringing another Left winger in if they can.

If young Sigur has any ambition then we'll see him in Paradise within the next fortnight.

Why have we not even enquired about Patrik Berg from Bodo Glimt?, he is exactly the player we need in our midfield at the moment and he is only 27, he is better than the other midfield players we are being linked with, if we are willing to go to £10m for the Lithuanian boy, spend it on Berg.

Although I'd love to see Berg in the Hoops, I'm guessing he doesn't fit our player signing model?

Berg left Bodo before and it never worked out. He came back and has been a star player for them. If he left and it didn’t work out again and is reliant on Bodo taking him in, it might be seen as cheeky to a degree.

Maybe he’s comfortable there and earning a solid wage.

{Ed007's Note - I might be wrong but I'm sure Berg's partner didn't settle in France and Franck Haise's tendency not to trust players who hadn't played in the French league until they had proven themselves made up his mind to return to Norway.
I'd be surprised if Berg would even consider leaving Bodo/Glimt again, but of he did in the next 6/12 months I'd hope Celtic would be trying to get him - maybe Glasgow would suit his Mrs better.}
