My Son phoned to tell me that The Herald are running a story that Martin O’Neill is our new permanent Manager.

Apparently 1 year contract. Not unhappy with that and saves a lot of disharmony among some fan's I am not taking a dig but as far as the manager goes I hope everyone is happy with that. Now for the board and playing staff for next season.

I have no doubt about MoN being the manager for next season. I can't see a statement from the club about it, I would have thought they would be announcing it and congratulate him on the appointment? By now.
