See Celtic have appealled Trustys red card, let's hear the audio from Beaton probably had sash playing in the background. Time we outed these people even O'Neil knows it with the "not even a blue card" statement . Time this lot have to say who they support . Let's see if Collum does that of as part of his transparency over Refs.
Also McInnes shout be taken to task over approaching Celtic bench after we scored, but my money is he will get off scotfree and they will probably do O, 'Neil for his comments. Bring in a top lawyer and tell them to stuff their 5 way agreement .

I did find it very ironic when Crocker said "we should hear from Beaton on VAR now, but now we are not" that itself needs looked into.

Drews63 Peter Lawwell was up to his neck in the 5 Way Agreement, so the Celtic board are hardly going to bring it up .

My understanding is it has to be clear and obvious that the hearts player would have got a shot away, I am sure he would have got the ball but I think Scales would have got back to put himself between the goal and the Hearts player so that doesn't have a clear and obvious shot at goal .

Genuine question bhoys, why is that you's only complain about referee's when you's are losing?
If the exact same happened at the other end and the Hearts boy wasn't sent off you's would be saying that's a conspiracy would you's not?
Its a stonewall clear goal scoring opportunity and an obvious red card. If anything it highlights again Trusty's inadequacies at this level.

Gerry doesn’t know the rules of the game by the looks of it.
The guy is travelling away from goal. Scales is on his blind side and Murray was actually further back than trusty so would have closed the gap for the guy to shoot. If the ball went straight towards goal and Trusty took him out, I would agree with you. The ball doesn’t though and that’s why it’s not a red.
As for why people complain when they lose, Celtic never lost? It was a draw but the card cost us the game. We were 2-1 up that point and until ball through, Hearts didn’t really look like breaking us down in open play and we looked like we could catch them on the counter. Also, I and many others most likely call out every dodgy decision that goes against us. That what you should do as a supporter. Do you want us to advocate for other teams? I don’t care about other teams, I care about Celtic and if a ridiculous decision is made then it should be called out.

Gerry I think the example you’ve chosen to make your point isn’t as cut and dried as you make it. The guy was 35 yards from goal running at full speed at an angle away from goal with another defender covering.
It’s not as clear as you’ve made it out to be. You are in the minority of Celtic minded people and neutrals when it comes to your opinion. The general feeling is that it was harsh through the greyness of the rules.

Stonewalled 30 yards from goal? Not in control of the ball as it's heading away from the box. Last man visually doesn't make it a "stonewaller".

Gerry,
with regards to the yellow card upgraded to a red card as a direct result of the intervention of the bitter H. U. N. that is, cheetin Beaton, I recommend you read the view's of former SFA Referee, Des Roache.
This should assist you with the rules on such an incident.

Gerry I think you'll find we complain about referees a lot more than that.
27 Jan 2026 13:14:57
Gerry you can see who you support look at the rules of the game before you say anything just a suggestion. We would have had a player back between the goal and the Hearts player when he got the ball clearly the Hearts player would have got the ball no questions about that But we would have had a player and a goal keeper between him and scoring that is why IT'S NOT A CLEAR AND OBVIOUS chance to score.
Take your tinted glasses off pal.
