I’ve not enjoyed a match as much for a long long time.
Celtic played 28 away games last season in all competitions and we only won by more than 2 goals once and that was a 4-0 league cup victory at Firhill.
Our last league victory by more than 2 goals was another 5-1 win at Pittodrie in May 2025.

I’ve brought this up a few times before but with Celtic having a whopping 33 shots at goal today and 16 shots on target I thought I would share it again.
When Celtic beat Inter Milan in the European Cup Final in 1967 we had 42 shots at goal and the corner count was 10-0 to Celtic.
Other sites have it as 45 shots with 3 shots hitting the woodwork.
Shots on target have ranged from 16 to 24 shots on target.
That brand of football is why the Lisbon Lions are still well known throughout Europe.

Nice to see Duran not scared to try something from outside the box. But would love to see him more central feeding of Høgh's head flick on.

Duran looks good and I can't wait too see him playing through the middle. But who drops out Negrin?

Hoghs movement is brilliant. He made space for himself for his first and third goals and the balls to him from Engels and Duran were perfect. Engels on his left and Duran on his right.
Hogh is a brilliant target man, his initial control is very good and he finds space between rhe back line and midfield.
Duran is a grafter and will score and create lots of goals.
Hussan, if he comes will create mayhem on the right with his pace and if he works on his final ball, will create loads of chances for our forwards.
We were still a bit too open at the back and gave them opportunities today but hopefully we can work on that.
CM needs to move forward as he doesn't have the engine nowadays to marshall the midfield.
Engels or the Italian guy we are linked with have better engines and would be better suited to patrolling that area, protecting our defence and driving us forward.
Get the Italian and Baur in and let Engels and Hatate go.
Hatate is nowhere near the first team now, which is such a shame for a player who definitely has real quality but we cannot hold onto him just in case he decides he wants to perform a couple of games a season.
Shoots of real quality today but a lot of work yet to do.
I'd rather be MON that cupranol face. He will now be feeling the love of Sevco as they head back to mordor to look to the eye for answers.
