We obviously have money to spend, so there is no real need to wait for players to be sold before we can strengthen the squad.
For example, we know we're short a goalkeeper, a right winger and a left back. We have the funds, so why aren't we bringing those players in before our competitive matches begin and giving them a full pre-season and settling in period?
Where a player is expected to leave and needs replacing, I can understand the argument for waiting until the sale is completed. However, the sensible approach would be to have a replacement identified, negotiations well advanced and be ready to complete the deal as soon as the outgoing transfer is finalised.

I think MB will be announced by the start of next week.
Enfels and MJ probably have a combined value of approx £45M.
If we're going to build a team worth talking about and the board want their wedge back, then either Engels or AJ or both, will be sold in this window.
Personally, I think by getting in Baur and a winger (Hassan or Malwanhise) plus a GK, we'll have the bones of a decent side.
Depending if AJ leaves, this would steer who we bring in to strengthen the defence.

Thats why i asked when qualifiers were as knowing our noard we won't b prepared for new players to bed in and was thinking best keep tjose 2 try qualify then sell if need be but all depends on when game is.
