Are there any words left to describe the utter shambles of a board we have?

It looks like our Board grudge paying wages during the Summer months.
They would rather make a few last minute signings which are mostly loans in September to save 3 months wages.
But then they will wonder why Celtic have lost CL Qualifying rounds in 7 out of our last 9 CL Qualifying Campaigns.
They will not blame themselves that’s for sure.
