The English transfer window closes 2 days before the Scottish transfer window instead of the usual 1 hour difference.
The Celtic Board will love that.
That will only encourage them even more to wait until the last 2 days to see what scraps are left.

They will buzz and correctly so, wether it’s b team players looking to take a step up or 1st team players looking for regular football, no reason why Celtic can’t take advantage if right player available.
