I love MON as do all of us, but doubt if he would take the job for more than one season. Meaning this time next rear we are in the same situation. Players MON wants may not suit the 2007/ 2008 boss. There will be more stability all round if we get a good young manager in now and give him what he needs.

Unfair expecting a 74 year old bear the burden of managing Celtic. MON should be able to leave on a high. I'm disappointed Bellamy isn't coming. What's Robbie Keane done to merit the Celtic job ?.

{Ed007's Note - I'm not too keen on the likely Keane appointment but Bellamy would have been a disaster imo - what's he done to even be considered for the Celtic job by anyone, board or fans?}

Totally agree Ed, neither Bellamy or Keane are better than MON but MON should move over and get back to enjoying life with a huge thank you from the club and maybe a job within the club.

What is on either of Keane ir Bellamys CV's to make them eligible to take on such a massive job.

Do none of the idiots remember Nancy, a guy who won trophys and who they thought had what it takes to transform our club.

Transforming our club just doesn't happen by changing the Manager but to choose either MON or Keane it confirms that we are standing still and have no desire to modernise.
