How long will the silence last in terms of a new manager coming in? Major overhaul required-thats stating the obvious and they've had a ton of time to put their ducks in order. Over to our beloved Board.

MON saying he will have talks with DD this week means they have done nothing since January 5th.

MO stated after the cup final he was meeting with DD in the next 3/ 4 days. The club can’t move forward until MO has decided what he wants to do and clearly needs a few days after an intense finish to the season.
The board have many a failing but clearly this is out of their control. We will know what Martin has chosen by Friday.

So if mon says no are we back to square one. the nearer it gets to start of world cup i'm thinking itll be martinez. just hope if it is he and maloney have discussed signings. the board have had since Jan could they be about to fk things up again.

It’s a guessing game for us all DRB. Hopefully MO and SM have started some form of progress evaluating players. But there is zero trust from us fans as the board have made a mockery of our great club.
Let’s hope MO’s heroics in winning the double doesn’t paper over the severe ineptitude of the last year.
