He needs to stay out of his own box because he’s the invisible man trying to defend.
Half hearted challenges if he does put a challenge in at all.
I’ve now lost count how many goals he’s cost between poor defending and giving the ball away in dangerous positions.

He's not alone. For Hibs first goal Trusty ducked his head out the way of the cross. On the second McGregor turned his back on the scorer passing the ball into the net.
Teams against us regularly have guys throwing their bodies in the way to block our attempts on goal. We on the other hand are more worried about getting hit with the ball!

Would it be worth MON reverting to his preferred 3-5-2 system? And no, not like Nancy, we keep our 3 defenders as defenders.

Would certainly catch Sevco off guard and should dominate midfield. Plenty defenders to shore up the back and surely some goals up front?

Playing a 3-5-2 is definitely an option because our wingers have been inconsistent all season.
Trying a new formation could be a game changer similar to when Lenny done it in 2020.

I never realised that Iheanacho was recovered, but if he is no, I would play Nygren in the centre of attack, i would drop Casper, I would play Hatate and Maeda, I would keep the ball on the ground, and keep Tounekti on one wing and Yang on the other, I would play Murray and Trusty in the middle of defence, and Tierney and Donovan as full backs and move the Mexican into midfield.

We need something to change here as I can't see us winning games playing the way we currently are.
MON's 3-5-2 could be an option, I also think with Adamu pkaying off big Tam and Nygren sitting between them and the midfield it gives the opposition defense a great deal more to think/ worry about.
We're far to predictable and easy to set up / play against.
I'd rather see MON mix it up in an attempt to win games quickly than continue attempting to nick a winner in the 98th minute.
