Would it not be wiser for the fans collective to do this

Issue a statement advising they will Cease and desist until the season is over. Provided the following -

• Immediate re-instatement of GB

•Request no existing season ticket holders will be penalised or loose their right to their seat until the summer transfer window is over.

•Advise a formal meeting to be held on June 1st to discuss 25/ 26 grievances

• Full consultation of club structure moving forward into 26/ 27

• Transparency as to the plans and reasons behind hoarding of cash.

This would mean we would back O’Neill, get what we want and perhaps still hold leverage come the summer.

Agree5 Disagree0

The season ticket one is a non starter as the transfer window closes 1st Sept a month after the season starts.

GB still banned after meeting.

I disagree, with nearly everything, the gb issue seems to now be attached to collective ( but it shouldn’t ) that separate issue needs dealt with asap and that links to your second point, they to come back will more than likely need to agree like the rest of us to adhere to the terms and conditions of the season Tik, ( like it or not to follow the clubs rules ) can’t promise they won’t repeat a ban as there’s conditions that if broken should result in loss of ticket, the collective want actual and meaningful change, that campaign is right and has momentum it can’t stall, if we get change while yes processes structures and plans etc should be ( I’d suggest collective members on new board) I don’t see where average fan gets full transparency unless fan ownership is majority model,

Fans are backing O’Neill, better performances will fill some seats of the disheartened so pissed off, what we want is meaningful change if it was sooner we may have more faith in decisions relating to football, Nicholson mckay go and anyone else, the Desmond’s are staying, football director / new manager would all fall into a new structure, the worry is the current board I think will bring in a dof and manager and think that’s meaningful change, they may even back them with money to try and stop the momentum of collective, the collective can’t slow or stop as they’ll lose the momentum when team gets backed or performs better .

My opinion only doesn’t make me right.

Get GB back into stadium and then over the summer hammer out everything else, because no matter what pressure is put on, no one is going anywhere until then imo.

I agree the GB issue is part of the whole picture between Collective and the board but it can be dealt with in isolation if both sides agree to do that. It will mean concessions on both sides which will be the biggest issue around getting a resolution.

On the Collective side, one of the first demands they make is getting the GB and others back into the ground but that is where the board dig their heels in.

Will the GB behave if they get back in or immediately put up tifos criticising the board and will the board continue to share negative stories about fan behaviour.

What a mess!

Wander if the standing section could be purchased/ leased from club (I know that’s an out there suggestion) self administered, self stewardship policing etc so club has no auth over it, obv annual ticket revenue would be due to Celtic but on a collective basis, almost like a franchise season ticket section,

We should not allow the board to sideline us as they are just stalling for time, hoping they can win the league and hopefully calm some fans down.

We need to keep up with the boycotts and apply maximum pressure until put demands are met.
