That's yet another issue at the club considering the facilities and resources at our disposal. When you add up the faults and failings like relations with the support, stadium disrepair; We have no DOF to liaise with recruitment and scouting, not to mention oversubscribing to HMRC - we really need a complete overhaul to our structure, objectives and efficiency.

My thoughts on this for what there worth we can't even back our first team regarding investment on the park . why would this current bunch of mafia shareholders even give a second thought to young men who have potential giving them a chance to making a future for themselfs.
everything our club was fouded upon have been ripped apart. do you think the young potential nowasays of billie mcneil, bertie auld or a jinky johnston would be given a chance from who owns our club nowadays follow the money these bank run people are all corrupt.

Said it before we should disband the Academy and bring in around six youths to train and develop with the first team squad and another six to loan out with other clubs to harden them up a bit. Keep the best of them and repeat each season.

If we disbanded the academy we would get kicked out the league and couldn't compete in UEFA competitions, as you need to have an academy and woman's team for your licenses.
