I knew straight away when I saw he favoured the 3421 formation that it was only going one way.

The most worrying thing is his record for managing teams that concede a lot of goals, that's not going to change, no coincidence we've shipped as many goals in 8 games that would normally take us about 30 games to concede as many.
His team would need a front line of Mbappe, Messi and Haaland to win the SPL.

What point am I missing? Weejoe highlighted the board hired him giving his lack of crenditals and I supported this by pointing to his poor formation and tactics. So what is it I'm missing?

But Bhoy88, you spent god knows how long trying to hang this on BR while backing the backing the board, yet BR whatever anyone thinks of him, was the only guy in any position of substance who actually challenged the fuckwits runnining this rubbishshow. BR, his poor signings and system was responsible for our poor form that saw us knocked out us the CL and us lose to the likes of Dundee and Hearts. I sided with the board when people were accusing the board of not backing him when they did. It turns out Rodgers was working his ticket and I was spot on with that.
I stated on here that Nancy's favoured 3421 formation was awful before he was hired and I was also spot on about that.
This current situation is on Nancy and the board for hiring him. The CL fiasco and the state of our squad is on Rodgers.

You weren't spot on at all. the facts confirm you are removed so far from reality it's scary.
Whatever anyone's thoughts on BRs tactics, personality, previous leaving etc the man was a winning machine ( 11 out of 13 ) .
BR was on record from February 24 that the squad needed a big revamp and that players had been with the club for too long. He wanted 2/ 3 quality players plus replace anyone who left.
This seems a reasonable assessment for any high profile coach to make and certainly doesn't remotely come anywhere near unreasonable given the funds generated and available to strengthen.
The manager then gets his best players sold, BR is then live on tv saying he consistently tells the board what the team needs but is being ignored.
The club then makes some signings. As an example Shin was offered to BR last January as a replacement for Kyogo and BR refused only for Tisdale to sign him anyway in the Summer.
We then continue signing players that a blind man could see where cheap punts and loans and NOT the quality that the manager or fans wanted to kick us on in the CL.
In the background the club are briefing to the Sun about Rodgers for the second time. There was a quote within the brief that BR was the only manager to question the club strategy which again was rubbish as Ange had the same issue and got out as fast as he could.
Don't you think it's strange that Kennedy who has offers to leave with BR and AP previously and with over 25 years service to the club got out of dodge as well?
You were very critical of BR for not giving game time to the Summer signings yet ignore that MON and Nancy have done exactly the same.
These signings are already being shipped out and MON warned before he left that big investment was required.
The squad is full of SPFL standard players driven by board policy and it's clear Tisdale is now in charge of player acquisitions which will either be loans or cheap punts.
Can you not see that what BR warned against and what MON reiterated has come to pass.
This board are not interested in Celtic being the best in can be and if you can't grasp this you are absolutely delusional.

The summer window was a disaster and if some can't see that they must blind backed him honestly even the board acknowledged they made an arse if it, shin, inamura deary me as you say martin never played them and even the French clown doesn't like what he sees and that's him assessed them ?.

There is mo way br had full control if so why didn't he buy a striker to replace idah and kyogo or did he just say ach we don't need one, he said the japs were club signings deary me.
