Thought it was interesting to read that Nancy has signed a 2 1/ 2 year deal. Does this show the board are hedging their bets and know the appointment is a gamble?
The concern for me is that we are probably going to make signings in January which will align with WN's preferred formation. How unbalanced will the squad be if the appointment doesn't work out?

Said that to my pal last night, if DD and other members of board praising Nancy to the hilt why only 21/ 2yr contract??♂️massive gamble let's hope n pray ? works out.

Its a 2.5 year deal because its for 3 seasons and this is December. Simple arithmetic, no conspiracy. Just 3 years minus 6 months.
