Shows how bad our summer recruitment was when you have over 10m pounds worth of wingers on the bench and Mccowan who ain't t a winger starts there.

Agree4 Disagree0

Can't believe MON hasn't given Tounekti a run on the RW, could be the making of him?

Tounekti is a weak player.
He's a good dribbler with no end product.
Tounekti is terrible without the ball because he can't tackle and he doesn't back track quick enough.
It was the same yesterday with that late Cadden chance.
He's sadly a liability.

Tounetki is guff. All show and no end product. He is a carbon copy of Mikey Johnstone and that's not a good thing.

That's where yang is developing. His tracking back and tackling is improving. Both him and maeda were pack hunting at times on Sunday. Tounekti is weak off the ball.

Over the last month we have seen the vast difference between a MON team and a BR team and the use of the players therein.
One of them managed to get 20-30% more out of half the squad that were under-performing before the change.

Hopefully the new manager has been watching and will add some ideas of his own. Make further progress or at least maintain the current momentum until the transfer window.
The fixtures and demands require a very smooth transition.

I was saying the same thing to my mate Derrytim he reminds me of mikey Johnston no end product and weak as piss.

01 Dec 2025 14:46:53
He's always played on the left so he'd be worse on the right.

01 Dec 2025 16:17:40
Won't know if you don't try!

He's bery one (right) footed. {;ayimng on the right as a conventional winger, instead of constantly cutting inside, would benefit the team, seeing as most of our goals come from crosses behind the defence.

Tounetki is sadly one of those players who looked great when he first came in. He was bombing down the wing and having good link up play with Sarrachi or Tierney when he actually passed. Now, he gets forced inside because like most of our players, they get sussed out by the opposition.

If I was an opposing manager the first thing I'd be saying is force Tounetki inside because he's rank.
Another panic buy if you ask me.

I called Tounetki after the 1st few games. 2 one footed with no end product.

I like my wingers to play on their favoured side. I Dono where all this cutting inside and playing on the wrong side came from. I don't like it.

I want my wingers to hit the byline.
