Regarding the minutes silence today for the so called rememberence Sunday Celtic and our fans are once again going to be slated by the pro hun media for our lack of respect. Myself personally I totally agree with the fans who didn't respect the minute silence today . I like with many thousands of Celtic fans from Ireland and Scotland and further afield don't have to respect something that celebrities forces of the crown who murdered and tortured thousands of innocent people not only in Ireland but in other places in the world.
The British government use this day to celebrate all their armed forces not only from the two world wars but in other conflicts in places where they had no right being in the first place . I stand in defiance against any bloodstained poppy.

I don't even know why our club insist on the silence every year as it will never be observed.
My only grip is with our fans booing. I would prefer a rendition of Joe McDonnell.

There should never ever be a minutes silence at Celtic park for this matter as it will bring the club nothing but bad publicity when the boos ring out. Those that make the call to have it are not Celtic minded. I would like for this to be discussed between fans groups and the torie board.
Any time there is one away from home i would rather see fans stay outside til its over instead of booing.
By doing this it removes yourself altogether from taking part in it.
Those that slate Celtic fans and even james mcclean and the likes show themselves up with their arrogance and ignorance on the matter.

Sections of our support find it hard to stay quiet for any minutes silence unless it's for one of our own so there is no chance they will ever be quiet on remembrance day.
