In terms of giving the squad a much needed confidence boost there is no one we could have got better than MON.
Players like kenny, osmond and engels will thrive under him. Ill happily have MON til the season end.
I would also wonder how Idah could have progressed under him.

Absolutely to bring another change of staff in would likely disrupt the upturn naturally. At the moment no additional change would make any sense imo what do I know? Then again needs to be sorted so what do you do eh? Loving MON again it was like a flashback today amazingly surreal. He is The Gaffer!

We need signings in January. So the question we need to be asking is do we want MON to be our manager moving forward. If the answer is no, then we should get someone in before January.
This is one of the things that has annoyed me about the board, that often think short term instead of long term.
