I am have been waiting to say how things are but cannot say silent any more l am 60 years old been a season ticket holder since the Hampden year and as we all know things were so bad for a number of years.
Now fast forward to now l can understand why younger fans are frustrated but the thing l do not get is it is Celtic first and Celtic last and Celtic above all
We are going to lose everything this season.
because at the moment l cannot see the end result with our corrupt board who do not listen to us and all it will do is bring them back in.
The we Sevconian will never have a better chance to win the league
We just have to stand together hope they change or somebody buys out DD or l do not know what we do.

Paul,
Like you I was born in 1965., very close to Celtic Park.
I can’t believe we are not supporting the team during 90 minutes. Unacceptable not to.
Anything else is not for me.
Why give the league away.
Protest but not during 90 minutes.

Likewise guys, been a supporter for 60 years and would never do anything that results in affecting the teams performance and our potential to win trophies.
What is happening is clearly having a negative impact on players confidence and they have done nothing wrong.
Remember covid when grounds were silent, that is the effect this silence is having on players.
As much as the protests are supposed to affect the board, this will only hurt the team, our chances of winning titles and mire concerning financially.
If that is the intention, less money coming in means less money to spend on the things fans want, the team and the stadium.
I know people will say they aren't spending it anyway, while we have money there is more chance that it could be spent than if we don't have it.
A couple of seasons not winning the league and playing EL football, will significantly reduce our bank balance. There will be no winners in that scenario.
Be careful what you wish for.
We are only giving the basket case club across the city an opportunity to catch up even quicker.

I disagree. I think the not another penny approach is the right way, short term. This could make for some awkward phone calls for the bean counters, from disgruntled sponsors.
Can still get fully behind the team on the pitch. Sevco are a long way from being able to compete financially, or on the pitch and they'll do well to catch the diets.
If the fans can stay united and boycott sales of food, drink and merch over the next few weeks, I think the BoD will realise it could escalate to something much worse and who knows, might wake them up to reality.

What is the point of us pumping money in if the board don't spend it and prefer to give it to the taxman?

Hurting the board hurts the club and by virtue, the team.
Not buying merchandise may hit them in the pocket but by noways near as much as not making the CL for a few seasons imo.

With the board still doing the same dithering cheapskatery, we have no chance of qualifying anyway. And if we do, we will get humiliated in it.

We are struggling as a team to score goals or prevent them against half decent opponents.
Look at the performances the last 5or 6 games against that mob, we have struggled.
So not sure our team are far ahead of them or hearts at this time. Teams that are successful usually score lots of goals form diff positions but also have a recognised striker. At the other end they usually have a good goalkeeper.
We don’t have either…. In my book.

Doing nothing is not an option! Take some short term pain over long term decline if that’s what it takes.
