Lagerbielke has been getting his game for Braga since he signed this season.
He's already played 12 games in all competitions for Braga which is more than the 10 games he played for Celtic since signing in 2023.
Amazingly Celtic never conceded a single goal when Lagerbielke was on the pitch in his 7 league games for our club.
We did however concede in the 3 cup matches he played in.
Brendan had plenty of time to rate and assess Lagerbielke and his conclusion was that the Swede wasn't good enough.
For that reason it was the correct decision to move him on.

BuzzBomb, I'm not even sure that Lagerbielke was a BR signing? ?
At any rate, you're right, BR had a look at him in training and moved him on, although I'd have liked to have seen him get more game time.
Playing devils advocate, we've not been blessed with great CB's for quite a while, hopefully him being sold is not a decision BR lives to regret.

I remember Lagerbielke being a bit of a panic buy with all the injuries to our Centre Backs when Brendan first came back.
He started off with a dodgy performance on his debut when Brendan lost his first ever Cup tie in Scotland at Rugby Park.
Scales then got his chance and he hasn’t looked back for over 2 years now.
