If the manager and scouts have identified Jakob Bruer as a player that would be a 1st team player (or sub) the £6m asking price is nothing. We have sold fringe players (Bernabie, Lawal, MJ) for more than we have allegedly bid. If £6m is what they want a bid of £4.5m plus add ons would probably get it done.

Des brendan has commented ad nauseum about getting players in why would he hold it up, the board are putting in lowball bids like the Danish boy who is a prime example they want 5 or 6m we are messing about that ain't on brendan ?.

I've read that our club feel the fee being asked for is too high given his value will drop to approx £2M in 12 months time. ?
Even if this were true, it's highly unlikely BR will be here a year 6 months from now let alone next summer, therefore it makes no difference.
We require the right players now, last week, last month.

I don’t know when myself and so many others became experts at valuing footballers from various parts of the world and also. qualified in conducting the whole purchase process involved in buying players again from all over the world . I was wondering would we not need at least some in-house training .
We have fans claiming Idah @£9m and Engels @ £11 m represent very poor value for money . These fans aren’t happy with Yamada and Inamura aren’t good enough because we didn’t spend enough.
