Difficult to crtiticise Idah too much as we don't know the full story. But many athletes say even a few drinks impact training and performance for days so perhaps at best the timing just days before a very important game was ill advised. Particularly when he has not convinced this season and is struggling to find form.

The manager has cleared him let's move on, on his form I think if idah was playing every week he'd be banging them away just my opinion.

If it's just once in a blue moon it's ok, but if it's more than a few times, it's not good, but it could explain his lack of sharpness in the box, he isn't a butcher, baker, candlestick maker, he is a professional athlete, a highly paid professional athlete, it's akin to a top joiner going out on the booze, and dropping his most expensive Milwaukee drill into a bucket of booze and then wondering why it isn't working as good as normal in the morning.

I am sorry, I have a very different view, if a person is so lucky and blessed to be a professional althete, footballer rugby player or whatever, surely to God he should at all times behave as one .
My stupid view this year and I couldn’t express it because I obviously had no proof was that this season he was taking something, probably alcohol, as he wasn’t as alert and hungry as last season when on loan .
BR may have publicly have made flight of the situation, but in private I imagine he has tore strips off him .
BR and Celtic will want to see a return to last season’s form, if not better between now and towards end of transfer window. and decide whether to keep or let him go.
