What was the craic with the GB banner last night? I've seen a lot of backlash on Twitter today but must admit I don't know anything about the man.

DUP MP for East Derry Gregory Campbell wants Celtic to "take action" against the tribute for Bik. He brought it up in Westminster Parliament today. He conveniently forgot to mention that he is a shareholder in Rangers. Join the dots.

PS: When Celtic played Red Imp a few years back the East Londonderry MP wrote: “Someone told me that Celtic are due to play on the 12th in Gibraltar and that he hoped that it wouldn’t be like the last time Irish Republican sympathisers went to Gibraltar and lost. ” If you were hungry tonight you’d wait a while on Gregory Campbell geeing ye a piece. I think he needs to look a bit closer to home if he’s speaking about a banner causing offence. As an aside Brendan McFarlane was studying for the priesthood in Wales before the British Government and British Army changed his plans.

Bilk was a Republican leader in the Maze . As Donegal Pol indicated he played a major role, deciding from the very long list who nominating themselves to go on hunger strike, he chose rhose most appropriate.
He was instrumental in selling Belfast Agreement among the IRA and other Republicans in his beloved Ardoyne .
DUP and TUV who seem to think scoring Political Points, should note that if it hadn’t been for people like B Mac F prepared to risk own life in support of Peace Process, we wouldn’t have the peaceful climate we now have.

Bik was a great man, and his daughter is so precious and beautiful with needs like me own child, he lived beside solitude cliftonville time he passed my kids would have went trick r treating at his home every year and him and his daughter would have always came and told them to grab a handful never knew him personally but my Mrs comes from big back round of republicans and her uncle was inside with him but unfortunately died of a heart attack, but all aside he was a genuinely nice person and feel so sorry for his family and daughter. RIP ?.
