CCV and Kyogo get injured in training or against Kilmarnock/ Hatate and Oriley sold. A nightmare scenario! I think that scenario has more chance of happening than us bringing in a CH LB 2 strikers and a Defensive midfielder.

I do try to be patient and positive pre-season, but past experience and repeated failure to build from a position of strength always niggles away at the back of ma heid.
I totally understand that attracting quality to the SPL can be difficult and there are obstacles and hurdles to overcome in many transfer negotiations. However, most of the speculation seems to be about players leaving and the title defense starts in a few days.
We have plenty of money, so is it that players identified do not want to come, or are we trying to haggle or play bargain hunt?
For three seasons we have been aware of the positions that needed urgent attention and still we wait and hope.
My trust in our Board evaporated with the 5-way agreement that has seen us tread water ever since in terms of progress and in some ways we have even went backwards; so it will take a lot to convince me that the same old errors of judgement, complacency and arrogance have been replaced with ambition, foresight and innovation.

To go into the season with just kyogo is a joke, everyone knows he has shoulder issues and only needs to take a knock and be out for a few games. Yes there is an option to play maeda there but his finishing is very sporadic to say the least.
Play Mikey Johnson there and as soon as he bottles it as he always does the fans will be going mental again and rightly so. I really can’t believe we are going in to a season so u under cooked even from last seasons poor squad.

Consistency has left the room, one worries about what will happen if we have to play Kilmarnock without Kyogo, other worries that we have to play them with Kyogo and his dodgy shoulder, which has forced him out of a game a long time ago.

Kyogo surprisingly was our only ever present last season considering his dodgy shoulder.
He was available for all 50 games in all competitions.
