Don't take much stock in office rumours. but this one caught my interest.
Secret talks to initiate stadium sale and leaseback have just stalled after legal wording in documents given to the investors who paid for the building of the Club Deck prohibits any sale until all monies have been paid to the original investors.
A legal oversight meant that the outstanding debt was not included in the original asset purchase and it must either be settled in full (approx £7m) or run its course with full settlement not due until 2025.
DoH!. Now there's a spanner in the 'Stockbridge' lease plan
1.) Surely D&P sorted that in admin and in liquidation, BDO cancels all contracts.
They can sell leaseback no problem if Whyte and Early agree. It's surely mostly owned by Whyte and early.

Firstly, well done to the Celts on a fine season. Punching above our weight in Euro's and getting over the line in the league. I must admit it is a fine time to be of the Green & White. let's hope we can finish with a flourish, get some evaluations of the squad payers, rest the first 14, and have our day in Hampden.
My point, forgive my ignorance in all that is happening out West, but are we about to see our formal challengers getting another chance now that things are unravelling. even the most sensible blues brothers are blinkered in the truth that they are finished. Is there a chance that the recent moves are a ploy to keep their history intact. prove that the Administration was flawed. have a few public enemies. all is forgiven, let's try again to save the club. now I have an awful feeling. that they can get away with this. is there a chance of this. I know some of you are well versed in what the permutations can be. I just fear there is a chance of redemption for them. some what of major Lazarious effect. please tell me its not possible.

Whilst TB was something special, for me there will always and only be one King Billy McNeil.
Always liked this lad. Seems to play well against us, but then so do many. Not too sure if he is better than what we have.
Big Vic staying is fantastic news. he is going to be something else. make Flo transfer look average the way he is progressing. shows that our Euro run has changed the views of many. might get some more wee gems into the squad. I hope Hooper stays also. I know he has not produced for a while. but silverware is an addictive thing. KTF HH
TBH I thought initially quite humorous. but I think we have a bot more class that simple cheap shots. justice will be done. I hope.
