Not been on in ages. How you all keeping? Just popping in because my dad was talking to a guy he knows, who knows a friend of Bradford's James Hanson. He said Nahki Wells will be at Celtic by the end of the month. I know this sounds like 1 of those, I know a guy who delivers post to so and so's milkman type rumours, but even when I used to come on Here before I never posted my own rumours because I didn't have any plausible. Anyway, hope it's true. Can't see us paying the £3m that city have valued him at though

Ben Bhoy -sensored

1.) Can't say I think he'd make us a lot better. Good player but I'm not convinced he's what we're looking for.

~seamus~

2.) Yeah your right it does sound like one of them rumours lol.
Id take him in a minute considering what we have (so anybody for that sake).
Good player, better than what we have, and don't think that would be the price tag? Supporters aren't going to be happy one way or the other until current/new players are doing the business on the pitch, after that the price tags don't matter!
Free (on heafty wages) or 6mil (on heafty wages) there is a gamble!
1.8mil on a project and 2.2mil on a guy who plays beside a guy we don't have,,, then that's another gamble altogether.
Some players are better suited to certain teams!
Sorry, so back to Wells, good player and pace to burn.

3.) You're bang right. You just have to look at some of the players that have gone to the epl and flopped but were brilliant elsewhere. Shevchenko, Veron, and Forlan to just name a few. Always a gamble

Without googling, can anyone name the only team to have worn a primarily green and white kit in England's top division? And yes there is a link to Celtic

Ben Bhoy -sensored

1.) Yeovil?.
sure their fans voted on strip change around 5-6 year ago.

2.) 26 Jan 2014 12:13:22
Dnt think Yeovil have been in top flight. Only other teams a can think with green Plymouth, did QPR not have green and white hoops b4, Norwich

3.) 26 Jan 2014 12:14:10
Sorry not logged in

4.) Yeovil were never in the top division

Hail Hail
ChrisBhoy

5.) I don't think Yeovil ever played in the top division in england.I recall Liverpool
playing in green at times.jimbhoy

6.) Yeolvil never played the top division in England wearing green and white. I'm sure I read it was their chairman who changed the kit when they got into the football league hoping for football the Celtic way

7.) Norwich had a green and white kit last season maybe the season before last. Did qpr have green and white hoops at one point?

8.) Liverpool and qpr have worn green and white but both were away kits. Norwich's kit is green and yellow.

9.) The only team are also 1 of only 35 teams to have played in all 4 divisions in England

10.) Apologies.
never read it right. never seen top division bit.
i'm stumped lol

11.) Plymouth argyll?

12.) Skrill north league team Bradford Park Avenue. In 1911, Bradford changed its colours to green and white following the appointment of former Celtic player, Tom Maley, brother of Willie Maley, who also played at Celtic before becoming their first manager, and this may also have been a move to exploit the local catchment area which had many residents of Irish origin. In doing so, Avenue became the only club to have worn a primarily green and white kit in England's top division, between 1914 and 1921.

Fair play Ben bhoy but u never said away kits didn't count

Don't really support them but like to see my local team Bradford City do well. Now that the ginger lesbian McCall isn't there anymore

I saw feruz in the fa youth cup final. He was shocking. He missed at least half a dozen good chances and a couple of complete sitters. His attitude stinks aswell. As for big sammy, too inconsistent for a big contract
