Neil Lennon 100% will take over at West Brom!

1.) Wherever Lennon goes, Sammy will be his first signing.

2.) Do we not have a year option on Commons that we will be activating though Ed?

{Ed007's Note - If you read what Commons himself has said over the last month or so Tompo it seems he isn't too sure the specifics of the option, and says he doesn't know if it's just automatically triggered and some of his statements seem to contradict each other.
He's also made it clear in interviews that at this stage of his career he would be looking for some security with regards to the length of his contract to allow him and his family to put down roots, get the kids education etc sorted, he may see this as a chance to have another crack at England and with Leicester City sniffing around it could be a crack at the EPL.

3.) Ive had a suspicion for a long time now, the only reason samaras was getting a game was to keep him match fit for joining lennon at new club.

If this happens, just proves lennon is in it for himself. Can not see any viable explanation of playing samaras to suggest otherwise. Youth could of been given chance.

4.) Who cares where lennon goes, all that matters is Celtic getting the best manager humanly possible. The idea of Larsson is pathetic, my favorite player was Paul McStay, it doesn't mean he will be a top manager. Some of the other names I have heard mentioned like McNamara/Coyle etc are just as ludicrous - it does not matter if he has a Celtic connection, the only criteria is quality. I would like Thomas Tuchel, I said recently he is regarded as the next big thing in Germany, and just left Mainz last week, saying he couldn't take them any further.

I See that Alexandre Pato is being offered to clubs at the moment with no one taking him as yet. Would love to see Celtic put in a cheeky loan bid to get him for half a season. The boy has lost his way abit but there is no doubting his talent. Could be a Bellamy like loan and would def be a player who would put bums on seats. Thoughts People.?

1.) He was offered to QPR they sign everyone so wouldn't be surprised if they get him. Agree he will out bums on seats and would be nice for him to score the goal that knocked Inter out being ex Milan an all :)

Q.P.R today has said its not the kind of player there looking for, It is on the other hand a player Celtic should be looking at IMO.

3.) Excellent shout! What a buzz it would create around the whole club but sadly I don't see it in a month of Sundays.

I see Bryan Ruiz's move to Werder Bremen collapsed last night due to a cash problem at the German club, fee in the rejoin of 3mil. He is the kinda player Celtic are crying out for in the middle of the park! And for 3mil that is a bargain. Get your finger out Peter Lawell and stop treating the fans like something you have stepped on in the street.

I don't need to ask Fulham fans to know he is a good player. He was the stand out player for Costa Rica in the world cup and that's the highest level of football :).

What about getting in Darren Bent from Aston Villa as our wild card signing before the Maribor game? The guy has always had goals in him and I think its exactly the type of player we are looking for at the moment.

1.) Just not the player he was mate! We need a fit ready and on form player ready to fire on full throttle was a player but wages would be a problem even if he was up to the job!

Would love to see someone high profile like Frank Rijkaard giving the job. A Massive club like Celtic needs a big manager. Coyle, Malky And Clarke etc shouldn't even be in the running. Celtic fans deserve some quality instead of just thinking about money as per!

Totally. He's a real box office manager. Would love Rijkaard, McLaren or Di Matteo. Since Ed made me aware of Yakins availability he has to make the list too. If we're going for somebody who hasn't quite managed at the same level, I'm impressed by Garcia. Still think it will be Moyes though!

Any chance of getting up a new poll on who the fans want as manager since Neil has just left? Would be good to see what everyone is thinking. Moyes, Larsson, Mackay and Coyle etc will all do doubt be in the frame. Cheers.

4.) If we were to give the job to someone with little experience based on who they are I'd go for someone like Zizou, Zinedine Zidane. Although he just knocked back Bordeaux to stay on as Sporting Director n Asst Mgr at Real Madrid.
