I would be over the moon with Keane . His presence? An aura? Would not answer to pl or jp? Would be a sign Desmond is interested in Celtic? Not sure on his management skills to be honest? But hopefully learned over the past few years working under mon? Time will tell, but feel it will be a shot in the arm that we desperately need!

Although he has had an up and down managerial career in England; up here will be a lot easier considering our financial, facilities and resources advantage on our rivals.
He knows the club and expectations and will not suffer fools gladly - which was too apparent in recent years.
As a pundit he seems knowledgable and experienced and has worked regularly, with top managers and players.
The Sevco media will obviously try their nonsense but a mere glance will probably shut most of them up and he may even call them to task if they seem out of line?
No matter what fans feel about him, he is a football legend and will attract decent players, raise the profile of the club and take the limelight away from big 'Eat-The-Breed' and the newest team in Scotland.

Yes kev bhoy on results / footballing terms . Not on " I've picked these players n signed them for you! Here are your back room staff deal with it " I am lawell n I rule Sparta! You telling me Ronny picked jc or Kennedy? How much money will pl get away with wasting on mediocre players from Scottish second rate teams? Cifti? Ronny must have a golden confidentiality clause on be a spineless whimp! Keane will at least nail his colours to the post.

Yeah kev he may? But he won't accept players / staff thrusted apon him! He will have guarentees from the main money man! We all cry out for Desmond to take interest / splash his cash? I don't want the bank broke but it's his and the investors money being spent not pl! The manager ( whoever? ) picks players/ signings / bk room staff! We are a Plc not! We don't belong to lawell! His finance n that side are second to none but he needs to stick to that side.
