My pet hate is when players slide along the grass after scoring a goal.
Giakoumakis did it a couple of times on Saturday and it looked like he hurt himself after the 2nd goal.
It's worse when they do it on a dry surface.

Never liked that either as it can cause injury - not to mention tram line divots on the pitch. Ah the good old days when if you scored a goal you got a cheer from the support, a handshake from teammates and a grunt from your manager.

Buzz GG actually picked up a calf knock in a tackle just before he scored his second goal. He was actually hobbling into the box so much so it meant his late arrival into the box was perfect for Abada’s cut back ??.

Me too buzz.
Sliding summersaults handstands etc.
I get the joy etc. but so easy to pick up a stupid injury and it affects the team.

My other pet is players arguing with ref, (only ever going to be one winner)

WWE used to play on the red ash pitches oh my god I have still got the scars on my knees to prove it lol I was fearless back then and used to go into every tackle whole heartedly lol I can still remember the wire brush and Dettol . the older guys will remember that .

Those Mitre 5's were made of reinforced concrete, I still wince at the thought of kicking one on a cold day with my 10 bob sliders on ??.
