For anyone who still believes the club are actively pursuing targets then I have some magic beans for sale. baur and Hassan deals are both dead. the wage cuts are taking priority to thin the squad. I held my tongue after mondays game because to be quite honest I was not surprised in the standard of football given that we have pretty much the same players as last season barring 2… we also have the same coaches and manager who I believe aren’t what we need. I won’t be rude about MoN but what I will say is that I find his attitude at pressers disrespectful to the fans who pump their money into a club which at best can be described as dysfunctional or at worst self harming. I have zero belief that this board or management structure can be relied upon to do what is necessary and I also belief that our rivals inadequacies have been the only reason we have won as many titles as we have recently.
We are going to get found out as soon as they are able to get their own houses in order because let’s be perfectly honest. we are a POOR footballing side, the fact we are managing to make the sort of money we do on sales is perhaps down to the fact the buying sides have money to burn due to the nature of their earning potential… not 1 player we have is good enough for a top six side in England, we are blinkered by our own love and green tinted specs. This is going to be another long season!

Celtic will get our usual 2 or 3 players in at the last minute especially with the English transfer window closing 2 days before the Scots this year.
Just think of all the wages the Board have saved in the months of July and August.

They are 200k a week up right now, they'll keep aj and engles till after cl qualifier if and for me it's a big if we go through they'll be sold and we'll scramble about trying g to get a few in seen this movie before again and again.

The amount we bring in on selling players is now fairly small in relation to what's happening in the big leagues in Europe. We can't compete with the wages so we must change our structure.
