IV said it before a few times. The only way our board are running the club makes sense is if they are deliberately trying to keep us in the small pond. No idea why but it's an Occam's razor situation. Nothing else makes sense.

Ross Desmond basically mentioned that at the AGM reading from his Dad’s written statement.
We know it’s not 2003 anymore but Celtic are still capable of putting up a better fight in Europe.

Apparently "we can't afford to swing and miss. " In fact, even when we have an abundance of cash, apparently it is better to give it to the tax man, rather than use it to progress the club. ?
