If they're daft enough and stubborn enough to give Keane the job they better prepare for a season of splits and protests, you have been warned.

It would be an underwhelming appointment on the footballing side of things. From a political standpoint it’s even more of a joke.

The arrogance of the Desmonds is creeping up to Donald Trump levels. The more I think about last seasons unlikely double, the more i'm thinking it has done more damage than good. This board are even more convinced they are doing a World class job.

The fans were right about Nancy being the wrong appointment and we will be correct once again over time if Keane is given the job.

MON did a fantastic job in rescuing, what was heading for, a self-imposed disaster of a season. However, there was plenty of criticism of the football we played under him and although we achieved great results, we were not dominating games and blowing teams away!
So, if he does take the job permanently, regardless of how long his tenure, he needs to be more flexible with system and selection. There's no way we should set up the same for Bayern away and Livingston at home!
With Maloney allegedly moving back to a development role, (his stated preference) , I think appointing an experienced head coach would be worthwhile. Someone like John McGlynn, who has done a fantastic job with meagre rations at Falkirk, would not only be a great help to MON but would also be a fountain of knowledge for our "excellent young coaching team" to quote MON himself.
What we need to avoid is another dire season of boring 4-3-3, slow, side to side to back passing, with little cutting edge.

I'd imagine if Martin gets it maloney will remain his no2.
