Here are some players that have “over performed” in their respective leagues. All stronger than ours going by co-efficient which isn’t difficult right now.
These are the types of players we should be going for. I remember way back I used a similar search function to pick up hits like Giakoumakis who we ended up signing. Few we have been linked with before but this should be simple enough and affordable.
Goals on the left, assists right.
Ryan Mmae - Striker.
25-12
Rafal Adamski - Attacker.
15-12
Thomas Bobcek - Striker.
20-6
Aral Simsir - Left Wing.
9-15
Erik Kitolano - Attacking Mid. (May have a broken leg)
10-11
Everyone of these players would command a shorter fee and are affordable. This is solely by goals and assists which we lacked compared to other seasons.

I think our scouting looks for side passing and ability to find the goalkeeper from attacking positions as well as players with a low scoring to game ratio.
