I’m raging about the appointments for Wednesday.
Beaton has received criticism for a couple of decisions today from VAR but yet the Bellshill local man has been given the crucial Motherwell V Celtic match on Wednesday.
I also mentioned last week I couldn’t understand why Don Robertson was given the VAR appointment at Easter Road only 7 days before he sent off 2 Hibs players.
Officials should not be given 2 games in a row against the same team especially with the options they have because that’s when mistakes are made.
Don Rob is a classic example last week.

Dalziel Park and multiple Motherwell Mascot boy,
Baby Dallas will be doing VAR.
That is a thing of nightmares.

The Brethern will take part in our last 2 league games mate but it won't stop us.2 more big performances required. I can't wait for Wednesday night!

John Beaton was also the referee for the Celtic V Motherwell match only 2 months ago.
He chose to ignore a penalty and potential Red card offence.
Luckily Clancy recommended a penalty and Red card.
I don’t have that same faith with 2 local and 2 bluenose’s.

Totally agree. but here's a thing. I'm the CEO of Celtic plc and yet I say nothing. £1.2m per annum. I wouldn't send him to get messages from the shop. And before anyone says it, could I do a better job. yip 100% I could. and same with PL. most overpaid and overrated CEO in corporate history.

Beaton should not be getting put under this extra pressure after yesterday.
It will also be his 5th Celtic appointment in our last 11 league games.

They were always going to jump to the aid of the wee buns after their own team's disintegration. However, as long as Celtic remain silent and take these perpetual attempts at match-fixing, it will continue.
