I never thought I'd say this but I think it could help our league chances if our skipper picked up a hamstring injury in training this week.
Of course I'd much rather MON moved him further forward in an attacking role but given his failure to see the problems Calmac's current play is causing us then injury could be our only hope?
Sad to say this of a Celtic captain!

I remember in 2008 when Broony was going through family heartache in his first season and it showed in his performances.
I think he picked up an injury and then our midfield of Hartley and Robson were brilliant for our last 7 league games to pip Rangers to the title.
I still think our Captain has a massive part to play over the next month.

It may be your hope @Masoninblack, personally i wouldn't want any of our players injured.

Calmac has been very poor but suggesting an injury to him is poor mate, MON n Maloney need to sort it out for last games.

I agree but MON and Maloney have failed to sort it out for months.
I have no doubt in my mind our captain will play in his usual position for the last 6 games, regardless of how bad he/ we are playing.
By the way, I never said I wanted him injured, I want him playing further forward and have been calling for that for months.
I said "I think it could help our league chances if our skipper picked up a hamstring injury in training this week. ".

Last paragraph says it all really, if callum stays fit he'll play and hopefully finds a bit of form for the run in yes he's not been great but has any of the midfield, maybe if the club had signed a cdm it would have helped the boy although has he not scored about 70 odd goals for the club not bad for a midfielder.
