I listened to the Audio of the Scales VAR decision against Hibs -
one minute after Trusty was Sent Off and with the score at 1-1 -
And it makes the decision worse.

Grant Irvine was doing VAR and he was describing how the Hibs player wrestled Scales to the ground which would make the referee feel he was going to be sent to the monitor.
But
There was a silence of about 10 seconds and then another voice is heard saying “Not enough for me” and that was from the VAR assistant Ross Hardie.
Grant Irvine then said straight away “I agree” ?‍♂️

BOTH of them done VAR earlier at Easter Road when they penalised Scales and gave Hibs a lifeline penalty kick.

Apparently Willie Collum mentioned VAR got it wrong and the referee should’ve been sent to the monitor for a Celtic penalty.

The first time I’d heard of Ross Hardie was when Sevco played their league games at Hampden at the start of last season.

There was Audio of him telling the Sevco player not to challenge the Ross County player but he does and Hardie still waves play on.
Sevco then went and scored from the counter attack.
I’m sure Collum said he also got that decision wrong.

It’s very strange for a referee to coach the players during the match.

I listened to the recording of the latest decision against hibs.

You can clearly hear Irvine describe the player having his arm around Scales and using force to put him down and then saying he had hold of his top.

He sounds as if he is clear in his mind it was a penalty.

Then comes the silence and the other official saying he didn't think there was enough in it and immediately Irvine tells the ref the review was over.

No discussion, just acceptance and a way out for Irvine.

Will Celtic challenge yet another example of cheating and attempted match fixing by biased, dishonest charlatans? Answers on a postcard.

I do think referees always advise players during games but what I will say is after watching the VAR show there was definitely parts of audio cut out on Celtic decisions had scales been given a penalty who knows we may sit top of the league ATM although I do think we got away with one with the ox tackle on just.
